You know what’s rare these days? A developer team that actually listens to its beta testers. Cheap Dune Awakening Solari U4GM getting delayed for three weeks shows they’re not just ticking boxes — they’re paying attention to what we said in the beta. That’s encouraging.

I remember reporting issues with the AI pathfinding and some weird clipping in the sandworm escape sequences. Nothing game-breaking, but definitely immersion-breaking. Others pointed out problems with resource respawns and the economy balance. These aren’t “quick fix” things, but they’re not impossible to address with a focused sprint either. So a three-week window seems plausible if the devs are prioritizing quality-of-life polish.

The timing is also smart. Better to delay now than launch with obvious flaws and get steamrolled by bad reviews. Plus, it keeps the community goodwill intact — we’d much rather wait a bit than feel like unpaid QA testers post-launch.

What I’m hoping for next is communication. Dev updates, videos, or even screenshots showing what’s being worked on would go a long way. Let the community feel like part of the process. If this turns into a model for how modern live-service titles handle feedback, I’m all for it.
